Can I license songs I made before I paid on LumiMusic?
Yes. Starter, Pro, Unlimited, or an active credit pack can license qualifying music already in the account, including music made before paying. Mureka says that after upgrading to a paid membership, all past creations gain full commercial rights, so the two products match on this point.
Who owns the songs I make with LumiMusic?
LumiMusic does not claim ownership of generated outputs. Your right to use them depends on your plan. On Starter, Pro, Unlimited, or an active credit pack, you may obtain a commercial license for qualifying music. Copyright in AI-generated music may not vest everywhere.
Can I post LumiMusic songs on YouTube or Spotify?
With a commercial license on a paid plan, yes. Starter, Pro, Unlimited, and an active credit pack let you publish qualifying songs on streaming and social platforms. Where a distributor allows it, you can also opt a release into Content ID or a similar system. We do not guarantee that every platform will accept or monetize the song, and Content ID claims can still happen.
Can I make covers or use my own voice on LumiMusic?
You can make a cover, but LumiMusic does not clone your voice. Song Cover sings with a preset cover voice. Add Vocals takes an instrumental you upload. Extender, Remixer, and Stem Splitter also take audio you upload. You need the rights to anything you upload. Mureka's Vocal feature lets you use your own voice, and Premier can use any voice as your AI singer.
