Product Content and Processing

When you use LumiMusic tools, we may process submitted content, uploaded files, and generated or processed outputs to provide the workflow you request. The exact processing depends on the tool you use.

Submitted content is used to provide and operate the requested service, maintain account functionality, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal or security obligations.

Some LumiMusic tools use third-party service providers to process the inputs and outputs required for the task you request. These providers process data according to their own API, commercial, and privacy terms.

We may also use third-party infrastructure, storage, analytics, email, authentication, payment, logging, and security providers as needed to operate the service. These providers may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Do not submit content that you are not authorized to use, sensitive personal data, protected health information, regulated data, confidential business information, or material that your institution, employer, collaborator, funder, contract, or applicable law prohibits you from uploading.

Unless we obtain your permission or state otherwise in a specific workflow, we do not use your submitted product content to publish public examples or marketing materials. We do not sell your submitted product content.

Uploaded Files and Outputs

Uploaded files may be stored temporarily or for as long as needed to provide the requested feature, enforce usage limits, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service integrity.

Product outputs and records are private to your account by default. Other users cannot view your uploads, outputs, or related records unless you choose to export, share, or publish them through a feature we provide.

Outputs and records may be stored so you can view, manage, and download your work. Retention periods may vary depending on your plan, credit purchase, selected features, and operational needs.

If a workflow fails because of a technical issue, we may retain logs, metadata, and limited workflow information to diagnose the failure and improve reliability.

Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, product measurement, payment flows, and service performance. Analytics may include page views, sign-ups, product events, downloads, checkout events, purchase events, browser information, and referral information.

For more details about cookies, see our Cookie Policy.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for hosting, storage, databases, authentication, analytics, payments, email delivery, notifications, logging, security, and similar services. Depending on the feature you use, these providers may process account information, technical data, uploaded files, product records, payment records, or usage events as needed to support the service.

AI music and audio tools may use third-party processing providers to produce the result you request. Those providers receive the inputs needed to perform the selected task and process them under their own terms and privacy policies.

Payment providers process card and payment method details. LumiMusic does not directly store full payment card numbers.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide LumiMusic, maintain accounts, support product records, process payments, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

Some temporary uploads may expire sooner than account records. Some records, such as payment, security, and audit information, may need to be retained longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including secure transport, access controls, authentication, cloud infrastructure controls, monitoring, and operational safeguards. Account data and product records are designed to be accessible only to the account owner and authorized systems or personnel needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or support the service.

No method of transmission, storage, processing, or cloud operation is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted availability, or that every third-party provider will handle data in exactly the same way. You should only submit content that is appropriate for this online service and permitted by your applicable obligations.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You can manage some account information in your account settings.

To request deletion of account data, uploaded materials, outputs, or other personal data, contact us at support@lumimusic.ai. We may need to retain certain records where required by law, payment processing, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate operational needs.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
