Which plan is right for me?
Use Free to try music, lyrics generation, and basic audio separation. Starter adds advanced models (V5, V5.5, R2, and V9.5), unlimited downloads (MP3), a Commercial License, and Advanced Stem Splitter. Pro adds more credits and WAV audio, while Unlimited lets you create without counting credits.
How do credits work?
Credits are used when you generate or process content. Each tool shows its credit cost before you start, and credits are automatically returned when a task fails.
How many songs can I create with my credits?
One standard music generation uses 10 credits and produces 2 songs. Song estimates on the pricing page use this rate; lyrics, analysis, remixing, stem separation, and other tools have their own task costs.
What is the difference between a subscription and a credit pack?
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. A one-time credit pack does not renew. For one year from purchase, it includes paid creation features, commercial rights, and unlimited MP3 and WAV downloads. Credit-pack usage still consumes credits; Unlimited subscriptions do not, subject to fair use.
Does Unlimited have a usage limit?
Unlimited does not use credits, and most people never notice a limit. If usage goes far beyond what the plan is built for, generation slows down so the service stays fast and stable for everyone. You can keep creating. It just takes longer. Unlimited is for personal use. Automated access and account sharing are not allowed.
Do unused credits expire?
Sign-up credits are valid for 30 days. Monthly subscription credits are valid until your next billing date. Annual subscription credits are valid for one year from purchase or renewal. Credit packs are valid for one year from purchase.
Can I download the music I create?
Music downloads are available on Starter, Pro, Unlimited, and with an active credit pack. These plans include unlimited downloads. Free does not include music downloads. Starter includes MP3 audio, cover art, lyrics (TXT, LRC, and SRT), and license certificates. WAV audio is included with Pro, Unlimited, and active credit packs.
Can I use generated music commercially?
Starter, Pro, Unlimited, and active credit packs let you obtain a Commercial License and download a license certificate for qualifying music in your account, including music created before paid access began. Licenses obtained during active paid access remain valid afterward. You must also have the rights to any material you upload or provide.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are paid upfront for a full year. The monthly figure shown is the effective monthly rate, not a monthly charge. All annual credits are added immediately and remain valid for one year.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and your plan access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.
What is your refund policy?
A first subscription payment may be eligible for a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided none of the credits included with the subscription have been used. Unlimited does not include credits, so for Unlimited this means no generation has been started. The same period applies to monthly and annual subscriptions. Subscription renewals and credit packs are non-refundable unless required by law.
